  • How much do you charge to install?
    We currently dont do installs, our wigs come ready to wear depending on the options you select when designing your custom wig. You can put it on straight out the package and go.
  • Can I use a different billing and shipping address for my order ?
    We are unable to process orders in cases where the billing and shipping addresses do not match. This policy exists to ensure the security of all transactions and to protect our customers from potential fraudulent activity. We understand that this may cause inconvenience in certain situations; however, our priority is to maintain the highest standards of security and customer protection.
  • Can I send in hair for wigs to be made?
    No. Currently We do not offer this service.
  • Will the wig I receive look exactly like the color on the website ?
    COLOR DISCLAIMER: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COLOR OF YOUR UNIT MAY VARY. WE TRY OUR BEST TO PROVIDE ACCURATE IMAGES OF EACH UNIT. PHONES AND COMPUTER SCREENS CANNOT BE RELIED UPON TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT DIFFERENT HAIR COLORS.
  • How do I Track my Order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking info directly via email to keep tabs on your items... lYour Shipment will be shipped to the Shipping Address on file. We are not responsible for lost packages due to errors in Shipping Address inputs. Shipments are made via USPS and tracking information will be sent to you via email when available.
  • If I am bald, can I wear these wigs?"
    Yes! The units are snug fit and will conform to your head. You do not have to have hair.
  • How long will my wig last?
    Your wig can last for many years depending on the upkeep and usage of the wig. We also have Frontal Repair and Revamp services available. Please feel free to contact us if you should have any questions.
  • Can I create and order a unit I don’t see on the site ?
    Yes if you would like an invoice sent to you directly for a particular style you have in mind, send an email to info@aljamilahusa.com. With a pictures and any details of the wig you would like us to create for you. We will send you an invoice and once paid your order will be in processing.
  • What kind of products should I use on my wig?
    When you order your Al Jamilah Hair unit , you will receive care info with detailed notes about products and how to care for your creation. It is best to use products of high quality, free of drying alcohols and sulfates.
  • Do you have any wigs that are ready to ship?
    All our units are custom made, but occasionally we have ready-to-ship units available. They are posted when available (typically on Instagram and via e-mail to our subscribers)
  • How much hair do I need?
    We suggest: Lengths 12-16” 2bundles or More Lengths 18-22” 3 bundles or More Lengths 24- 30” 4 bundles or More Lengths 32”&up 5 bundles or More
  • How do I prep my hair for wearing the wig?
    For wigs, it is best to have a flat base for the wig to lay correctly. Braid your natural hair in very fine flat cornrows. If your hair is straight, you can wrap and then use a wig cap to keep your natural hair in place. It's that simple.
  • Can I sleep in my custom wig ?
    You can for sure sleep in your unit if you'd like. Sleep with a satin scarf or bonnet to prolong the longevity of your unit
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best raw and virgin hair.   • Are your wigs really glue- less?
    Yes, they come equipped with an elastic band for a snug fit. They can be worn with or without glue.
  • Am I responsible for paying international order duties and taxes?
    Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
