REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. If we verify and agree that the product is defective in any way, we will then exchange or replace the item.

 If we do not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to you without a replacement of the product. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition it was when shipped from us. You must contact us within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. For your protection, we suggest that all returns be returned to us through a traceable postal carrier with a signature.  Note that using non-recommended products, perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement if it applies.

 DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (CUSTOM WIGS, LACE FRONT WIGS FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
